Phil Grafton BSc BFP FCA
I am a keen sportsman and believe that the same principles apply to Business and sport. To become successful you must have drive, passion, dedication, a good team around you and an end goal. Business must be enjoyable as this will help you to achieve your goals. I am a very competitive person in both my personal and business life, with the next personal challenge being a 10 mile Tough Mudder in August 2021. I thrive on supporting and helping people around me to achieve their goals whatever they may be.
I have been working in business either in an Accountancy Practice or in business as the internal accountant for over 20 years and have seen and experienced the significant changes to business and the demands that it puts on those who take up the challenge of running their own business.
How People see me: I think that people see me as an honest, confident, caring and intelligent person. I would like to think that people that know me are aware that I am always there should they need help or just someone to talk to no matter what it is about.
Education: GCSE’s Monmouth School for Boys; A Levels at Cowbridge School; Degree in Maths and Sport Science from Liverpool Institute.
